본 약관은 모바일 애플리케이션 "냉털이"(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 서비스 제공자인 "냉털이" 앱 운영자(이하 "운영자")와 회원 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항 및 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the "FridgeBuster" app Operator (hereinafter "Operator"), the service provider, and its members regarding the use of the mobile application "FridgeBuster" (hereinafter "Service").本規約は、モバイルアプリケーション「冷蔵庫バスター」（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関して、サービス提供者である「冷蔵庫バスター」アプリの運営者（以下「運営者」）と会員間の権利・義務および責任事項、その他必要な事項を規定することを目的とします。
제1조 (정의)Article 1 (Definitions)第1条（定義）
서비스: 회원이 스마트폰을 통해 이용할 수 있도록 운영자가 제공하는 냉장‧식재료 관리, AI 기반 식재료 인식, 소비기한 알림, 음식 소비 통계, Railway 기반 클라우드 백업‧복원 기능 일체를 말합니다.Service: Refers to all functions provided by the Operator for use by the Member via smartphone, including refrigerator and ingredient management, AI-based ingredient recognition, expiration date notifications, food consumption statistics, and Railway-based cloud backup and restoration.サービス：会員がスマートフォンを通じて利用できるよう、運営者が提供する冷蔵・食材管理、AI基盤の食材認識、消費期限通知、食品消費統計、Railway基盤のクラウドバックアップ・復元機能の一切を指します。
회원: 본 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의하고, 제3자 계정 연동(SSO)을 통해 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.Member: Refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and uses the Service through third-party account integration (SSO).会員：本規約および個人情報処理方針に同意し、第三者アカウント連携（SSO）を通じてサービスを利用する者を指します。
AI 인식 기능: 회원이 업로드한 사진·영수증 등의 이미지를 인공지능 기술로 분석하여 식재료 정보를 추출·저장·관리하는 기능을 말합니다.AI Recognition Function: Refers to the function that analyzes images such as photos and receipts uploaded by the Member using artificial intelligence technology to extract, store, and manage ingredient information.AI認識機能：会員がアップロードした写真・レシートなどの画像を人工知能技術で分析し、食材情報を抽出・保存・管理する機能を指します。
클라우드 서비스: Railway 플랫폼을 이용하여 회원 데이터를 원격 서버에 저장·동기화·복원할 수 있도록 제공하는 기능을 말합니다.Cloud Service: Refers to the function provided to allow Members to store, synchronize, and restore their data on a remote server using the Railway platform.クラウドサービス：Railwayプラットフォームを利用して会員データをリモートサーバーに保存・同期・復元できるように提供する機能を指します。
콘텐츠: 회원이 서비스 이용 과정에서 업로드하거나 생성하는 사진, 텍스트, 통계, 기타 정보 등을 말합니다.Content: Refers to photos, text, statistics, and other information that the Member uploads or creates while using the Service.コンテンツ：会員がサービス利用過程でアップロードまたは生成する写真、テキスト、統計、その他の情報などを指します。
제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)第2条（規約の効力および変更）
본 약관은 서비스 초기 화면 또는 설정 메뉴에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.These Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the initial screen of the Service or in the settings menu.本規約は、サービスの初期画面または設定メニューに掲載されることにより効力が発生します。
운영자는 『약관의 규제에 관한 법률』, 『전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률』 등 관계 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.The Operator may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc."運営者は、「約款の規制に関する法律」、「電子商取引等における消費者保護に関する法律」などの関連法令に違反しない範囲で本規約を改定することができます。
약관을 변경할 경우 운영자는 변경 내용과 적용 일자, 변경 사유를 적용 7일 전(회원에게 불리한 변경의 경우 30일 전)부터 서비스 내 공지사항 및 앱 푸시 알림을 통해 고지합니다.If the Terms are amended, the Operator shall notify the changes, effective date, and reason for the amendment from 7 days prior to the effective date (or 30 days prior in case of changes unfavorable to the Member) through in-service notices and app push notifications.規約を変更する場合、運営者は変更内容と適用日、変更事由を適用の7日前（会員に不利な変更の場合は30日前）からサービス内のお知らせおよびアプリのプッシュ通知を通じて告知します。
변경 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 회원은 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 공지된 적용일까지 명시적 거부 의사를 표시하지 않을 경우 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may cease using the Service and withdraw their membership. If the Member does not express an explicit refusal by the notified effective date, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes.変更後の規約に同意しない場合、会員はサービスの利用を中止して退会することができ、告知された適用日までに明確な拒否の意思を表示しない場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
제3조 (약관 외 준칙)Article 3 (Rules Outside the Terms)第3条（規約外の準則）
본 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항은 『전자상거래법』, 『정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률』, 『개인정보보호법』, 공정거래위원회 표준약관 및 관련 가이드라인, 그리고 운영자가 정한 개인정보처리방침 및 운영정책에 따릅니다.Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the "E-commerce Act," the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.," the "Personal Information Protection Act," the Fair Trade Commission's standard terms and conditions and related guidelines, and the Privacy Policy and operational policies set by the Operator.本規約に明記されていない事項は、「電子商取引法」、「情報通信網利用促進及び情報保護等に関する法律」、「個人情報保護法」、公正取引委員会の標準約款および関連ガイドライン、そして運営者が定めた個人情報処理方針および運営ポリシーに従います。
회원가입은 서비스 내 제공되는 제3자 로그인(SSO) 연동 절차를 통해 이루어지며, 회원이 본 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의하면 가입이 완료됩니다. 운영자는 전자우편, 비밀번호 등 별도의 인증 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.Membership registration is completed through the third-party login (SSO) integration process provided within the Service, and is finalized when the Member agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Operator does not collect separate authentication information such as email or passwords.会員登録は、サービス内で提供される第三者ログイン（SSO）連携手続きを通じて行われ、会員が本規約と個人情報処理方針に同意すると登録が完了します。運営者は、電子メールアドレスやパスワードなどの別途の認証情報を収集しません。
운영자는 다음 각 호의 사유가 있는 경우 회원가입 신청을 승낙하지 않거나 사후에 회원자격을 제한·정지·상실시킬 수 있습니다.The Operator may refuse a membership application or subsequently restrict, suspend, or terminate membership status if any of the following reasons apply:運営者は、次の各号の事由がある場合、会員登録の申請を承諾しないか、事後に会員資格を制限・停止・喪失させることができます。
제3자 계정을 부정 사용 혹은 타인의 계정을 무단으로 연동한 경우If a third-party account was used improperly or another person's account was linked without authorization.第三者のアカウントを不正に使用した場合、または他人のアカウントを無断で連携した場合。
SSO 사업자가 요구하는 인증 절차를 완료하지 않았거나 허위 사실이 있는 경우If the authentication process required by the SSO provider was not completed or contains false information.SSOプロバイダーが要求する認証手続きを完了していない場合、または虚偽の事実がある場合。
미성년자가 법정대리인 동의 없이 가입한 경우 등If a minor registered without the consent of a legal guardian, etc.未成年者が法定代理人の同意なしに登録した場合など。
제5조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)Article 5 (Provision and Change of Service)第5条（サービスの提供および変更）
운영자는 다음 각 호의 서비스를 제공합니다.The Operator provides the following services:運営者は、次の各号のサービスを提供します。
사진·영수증 AI 인식 서비스Photo and receipt AI recognition service.写真・レシートのAI認識サービス。
식재료 소비기한 관리 및 알림 서비스Ingredient expiration date management and notification service.食材の消費期限管理および通知サービス。
음식 소비·폐기 통계 제공 서비스Food consumption and waste statistics provision service.食品消費・廃棄統計の提供サービス。
Railway 기반 클라우드 데이터 백업·복원 서비스Railway-based cloud data backup and restoration service.Railway基盤のクラウドデータバックアップ・復元サービス。
기타 운영자가 정하는 부가·연계 서비스Other supplementary and linked services determined by the Operator.その他、運営者が定める付加・連携サービス。
운영자는 서비스 개발 및 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스를 변경할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경 시 제2조의 절차에 따라 사전 공지합니다.The Operator may change the Service for developmental, operational, or technical reasons, and will provide prior notice for significant changes in accordance with the procedure in Article 2.運営者は、サービス開発および運営上・技術上の必要に応じてサービスを変更することができ、重大な変更時には第2条の手続きに従って事前に告知します。
서비스는 연중무휴, 1일 24시간 제공함을 원칙으로 하나, 설비 점검·교체, 통신 장애, 천재지변 기타 불가항력적 사유가 발생한 경우 서비스 제공이 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.The Service is provided 24/7, year-round in principle, but service provision may be temporarily suspended in the event of equipment inspection or replacement, communication failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.サービスは年中無休、1日24時間提供を原則としますが、設備点検・交換、通信障害、天災地変その他の不可抗力的事由が発生した場合、サービスの提供が一時中断されることがあります。
회원은 관계 법령 및 본 약관을 준수하여야 하며, 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.The Member must comply with relevant laws and these Terms and must not engage in the following acts:会員は、関連法令および本規約を遵守しなければならず、次の行為をしてはなりません。
타인의 계정 또는 정보를 도용·등록하는 행위Using or registering another person's account or information.他人のアカウントまたは情報を盗用・登録する行為。
AI 인식 기능을 이용하여 불법·음란·위법 콘텐츠를 생성·저장·배포하는 행위Creating, storing, or distributing illegal, obscene, or unlawful content using the AI recognition function.AI認識機能を利用して、違法・わいせつ・不法なコンテンツを生成・保存・配布する行為。
서비스의 정상적 운영을 방해하거나 서버에 과도한 부하를 발생시키는 행위Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or causing excessive load on the server.サービスの正常な運営を妨害したり、サーバーに過度な負荷をかける行為。
운영자 또는 제3자의 지적재산권을 침해하는 행위Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Operator or a third party.運営者または第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為。
기타 불법·부당한 목적의 행위Other illegal or unjust acts.その他の違法・不当な目的の行為。
회원은 클라우드 백업 기능을 수시로 활용하여 데이터를 보호할 의무가 있으며, 단말기 교체·삭제 등으로 인한 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.The Member is obligated to protect their data by frequently using the cloud backup function, and the Operator is not responsible for damages resulting from device replacement, deletion, etc.会員は、クラウドバックアップ機能を随時活用してデータを保護する義務があり、端末の交換・削除などによる損害について運営者は責任を負いません。
제8조 (AI 인식 및 데이터 처리)Article 8 (AI Recognition and Data Processing)第8条（AI認識およびデータ処理）
운영자는 AI 인식 정확도 향상을 위해 회원이 업로드한 사진·영수증 데이터를 학습·분석 목적으로 활용할 수 있습니다. 단, 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 비식별화 처리하며, 구체적인 사항은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.To improve AI recognition accuracy, the Operator may use the photo and receipt data uploaded by the Member for learning and analysis purposes. However, the data will be de-identified to prevent personal identification, and specific details will follow the Privacy Policy.運営者は、AI認識の精度向上のため、会員がアップロードした写真・レシートデータを学習・分析目的で活用することができます。ただし、個人を識別できない形で非識別化処理し、具体的な事項は個人情報処理方針に従います。
AI 인식 결과가 실제와 상이할 수 있으며, 운영자는 합리적 수준의 정확성 확보를 위해 최선을 다하지만, 데이터 부정확으로 인한 직접·간접 손해에 대해서는 제14조에서 정한 범위 내에서 책임을 부담합니다.The AI recognition results may differ from reality. While the Operator will do its best to ensure a reasonable level of accuracy, liability for direct or indirect damages due to data inaccuracies is limited to the scope defined in Article 14.AI認識の結果が実際と異なる場合があり、運営者は合理的なレベルの正確性確保に最善を尽くしますが、データの不正確さに起因する直接的・間接的な損害について責任を負います。
제9조 (소비기한 알림 서비스)Article 9 (Expiration Date Notification Service)第9条（消費期限通知サービス）
운영자는 회원이 등록한 식재료의 소비기한 도래를 앱 푸시 알림 및 서비스 내 알림센터를 통해 전달할 수 있습니다.The Operator may deliver notifications about the approaching expiration dates of ingredients registered by the Member through app push notifications and the in-service notification center.運営者は、会員が登録した食材の消費期限が近づいたことを、アプリのプッシュ通知およびサービス内の通知センターを通じて伝達することができます。
회원이 푸시 알림 수신을 차단하거나, 단말기·네트워크 장애 등 회원 측 사유로 알림이 전달되지 못한 경우 운영자는 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.The Operator is not responsible if a notification is not delivered because the Member blocked push notifications or due to Member-side reasons such as device or network failures.会員がプッシュ通知の受信をブロックしたり、端末・ネットワークの障害など会員側の事由で通知が届かなかった場合、運営者は責任を負いません。
제10조 (클라우드 서비스 및 국외 이전)Article 10 (Cloud Service and International Transfer)第10条（クラウドサービスおよび国外移転）
운영자는 안정적인 데이터 보관을 위해 Railway 플랫폼을 이용합니다. Railway 서버 위치는 국가·지역에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.The Operator uses the Railway platform for stable data storage. The location of Railway servers may vary by country and region.運営者は、安定したデータ保管のためRailwayプラットフォームを利用します。Railwayサーバーの場所は国・地域によって異なる場合があります。
데이터 국외 이전에 관한 세부 사항은 『개인정보보호법』 제28조 및 개인정보처리방침에 따라 고지·동의를 받습니다.Details regarding the international transfer of data are notified and consented to in accordance with Article 28 of the "Personal Information Protection Act" and the Privacy Policy.データの国外移転に関する詳細は、「個人情報保護法」第28条および個人情報処理方針に基づき、告知・同意を得ます。
제11조 (정보의 제공 및 광고 게재)Article 11 (Provision of Information and Advertisement Placement)第11条（情報の提供および広告掲載）
운영자는 서비스 운영과 관련하여 서비스 화면 및 앱 푸시 알림에 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다.The Operator may place advertisements on service screens and through app push notifications in connection with the operation of the Service.運営者は、サービスの運営に関連してサービス画面およびアプリのプッシュ通知に広告を掲載することができます。
회원은 관련 법령상 허용되는 범위 내에서 광고성 정보 수신 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.The Member may withdraw consent to receive advertising information within the scope permitted by relevant laws.会員は、関連法令上許容される範囲内で、広告性情報の受信同意を撤回することができます。
서비스 및 이에 관련된 소프트웨어, 이미지, 마크, 로고, 콘텐츠 등에 대한 저작권 및 기타 지적재산권은 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.Copyright and other intellectual property rights for the Service and its related software, images, marks, logos, content, etc., belong to the Operator or the rightful owner.サービスおよびこれに関連するソフトウェア、画像、マーク、ロゴ、コンテンツなどに関する著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
회원이 서비스 이용 과정에서 작성·등록한 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 회원에게 있으며, 운영자는 서비스 운영 및 홍보 목적 범위 내에서 비상업적으로 해당 콘텐츠를 사용할 수 있습니다.The copyright for content created and registered by the Member during the use of the Service belongs to the Member, and the Operator may use such content non-commercially within the scope of service operation and promotion.会員がサービス利用過程で作成・登録したコンテンツに対する著作権は会員にあり、運営者はサービス運営および広報目的の範囲内で非商業的に当該コンテンツを使用することができます。
제13조 (회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실)Article 13 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)第13条（会員退会および資格喪失）
회원은 언제든지 서비스 내 메뉴를 통해 탈퇴 신청을 할 수 있으며, 운영자는 지체 없이 탈퇴를 처리합니다.A Member may apply for withdrawal at any time through the in-service menu, and the Operator will process the withdrawal without delay.会員はいつでもサービス内のメニューを通じて退会申請をすることができ、運営者は遅滞なく退会を処理します。
회원이 본 약관을 위반하거나 금지 행위를 한 경우, 운영자는 사전 통보 후 또는 긴급한 경우 즉시 회원 자격을 제한·정지·상실시킬 수 있습니다.If a Member violates these Terms or engages in prohibited acts, the Operator may restrict, suspend, or terminate the membership status after prior notification or immediately in urgent cases.会員が本規約に違反したり、禁止行為を行った場合、運営者は事前の通知後、または緊急の場合には直ちに会員資格を制限・停止・喪失させることができます。
제14조 (면책 및 책임 제한)Article 14 (Indemnification and Limitation of Liability)第14条（免責および責任制限）
운영자는 천재지변, 전쟁, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중단 등 불가항력적 사유로 서비스 제공이 불가한 경우 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.The Operator is not liable if the service cannot be provided due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of service by telecommunication providers.運営者は、天災地変、戦争、期間通信事業者のサービス中断など、不可抗力的な事由によりサービス提供が不可能な場合、責任を負いません。
운영자는 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애, 데이터 손실에 대해 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.The Operator is not liable for service use 장애 or data loss attributable to the Member.運営者は、会員の帰責事由によるサービス利用の障害、データ損失について責任を負いません。
운영자는 AI 인식 결과의 정확성·신뢰성·완전성을 보장하지 않으며, 이를 기반으로 한 의사결정으로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI recognition results and is not responsible for damages arising from decisions based on them.運営者は、AI認識結果の正確性・信頼性・完全性を保証せず、これに基づく意思決定によって発生した損害について責任を負いません。
운영자는 무료로 제공되는 서비스For services provided free of charge, the Operator運営者は、無料で提供されるサービス
